Chatzyo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page sets out what is prohibited, how we detect and act on violations, how to report a concern, and who to contact about our CSAM prevention practices.
This page is version 1.0, effective June 2026. It works alongside our Community Guidelines, which cover general platform safety. Where the two overlap, this page is the authoritative one for anything involving minors.
The following are never allowed on Chatzyo, for any user, in any room, with no exceptions.
Sharing, requesting, linking to, or describing sexual content involving anyone who is or appears to be under 18 โ including AI-generated, drawn, or stylized depictions.
Any sexual conversation, message, or behavior directed at, or involving, a user who is or appears to be a minor.
Building trust or rapport with someone who is or appears to be a minor with intent to pursue later sexual contact, exploitation, or isolation from trusted adults.
Asking a minor for personal information, images, video, or an in-person meeting for any exploitative purpose.
Threatening, blackmailing, or pressuring a minor into sexual content or behavior.
Lying about your age to gain trust with, or access to, a minor on the platform.
Any report or signal involving a minor is our highest-priority category โ reviewed ahead of every other report type.
The account and device fingerprint are banned immediately. No warning, no temporary restriction, no appeal for confirmed CSAE violations.
Sessions are peer-to-peer and not recorded by us. When a report comes in, we preserve report metadata โ timestamps, session ID, account signals โ and act on it. We do not retroactively monitor conversation content.
Confirmed cases are reported to the relevant authorities. See section 05 below.
Every child safety report is reviewed by a human on our team, not resolved by an automated filter alone.
For general (non-child-safety) reports, see our full Reporting Guide.
Confirmed CSAE violations are reported to the relevant national and regional authorities, including law enforcement and designated child protection bodies, in line with applicable law in India and other regions where Chatzyo is used.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services directly, in addition to reporting to us.
